I understand NORHI Scribe produces draft documentation that I must review and verify before it enters any clinical record. I remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the clinical record.

I understand that disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991, as set out in the Terms of Service.

I understand this is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 3 months, or yearly, as selected at checkout) until I cancel. The subscription fee may change on renewal, any promotional or introductory pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout, and NORHI will give at least 30 days of advance notice before any fee change takes effect. I can cancel at any time by sending a cancellation request to info@norhi.ca.
